LANG 296A Intermediate Hindi (3) HINDI 110 enables students who have completed third semester Hindi to advance to the next higher level of competency in this language. A student completing HINDI 110 should be able to present basic information, concepts, and ideas on a variety of topics in Hindi, both orally, and in writing. They should also be able to understand information presented to them in Hindi, both in writing and in speech. Students completing Hindi 110 should be able to read newspapers, comprehend oral speech, and be able to write short formal correspondence on a variety of topics in Hindi.
