Indig Crim Just Clin (IHICJ)

IHICJ 995 Indigent Criminal Justice Practicum (5 per semester/maximum of 10) The Indigent Criminal Justice Practicum provides students with the opportunity to represent indigent criminal defendants accused of misdemeanor offenses in the Centre County Court of Common Pleas under the supervision of an attorney from the Centre County Public Defender Office.
Effective: Fall 2015
Prerequisite: CORE 934 andSKILS 955 and faculty approval required
