CUSTOMER RELATIONS (CS REL)

The skills associated with customer service are often as vital to business success as accounting, management, and economics. This certificate program introduces you to the skills and concepts needed in customer relations. The two special topics courses are: B A 297 Role of Customer Service in the Context of Business (1 cr), and B A 297 Customer Contact (1 cr)

To earn an undergraduate certificate in CUSTOMER RELATIONS, a minimum of 11 credits is required.
