EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION (ECCED)

The certificate program in Early Childhood Care and Education is designed to allow people interested in the provision of child care to gain pertinent knowledge and professional development. The program emphasizes work with infants, toddlers and young children, as well as parent/family communications. Developmentally appropriate activities in various learning areas and practical guidance techniques will be addressed.

To earn an undergraduate certificate in EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION, a minimum of 12 credits is required.
