INTRODUCTION TO CUSTOMER RELATIONS (INT CR)

The introductory certificate program in customer relations is a series of three courses designed to provide you with a basic understanding of business functions and help you develop the skills essential for providing high-quality customer service. Topics include the role of customer service in today s business environment, the importance of effective marketing techniques, and improving customer interactions.

To earn an undergraduate certificate in INTRODUCTION TO CUSTOMER RELATIONS, a minimum of 5 credits is required.
